Do I need port forwarding or a static IP?
No. If your camera supports RTMP (Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview and many others), it connects out to our server by itself — nothing to change on your router. Works on mobile internet too.
Which cameras work?
Cameras with RTMP (recommended, no port forwarding) and any camera or recorder (NVR) with an RTSP stream — Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview, Reolink, TP-Link and more. See the guides for details.
Do I need to install anything?
No. A browser or Telegram is enough. You just enter our address and your key in the camera.
Do you record video?
We don't keep continuous video recordings. Only timelapse frames and videos are stored, if you turn timelapse on.
How does timelapse work?
You pick a schedule, we capture the frames and build videos every night. You can also export any date range and send it to Telegram.
How do I share a camera with family?
In the Telegram Mini App pick the camera and an expiry, then send the invite to any chat. You can revoke access at any time.
Is my camera password safe?
Camera credentials are stored encrypted and are never shown in the interface or the API.
